Findings supported by the available evidence
A written account of what we observed, what your team reported and what the agreed records support. Missing or conflicting information stays visible.
Before spending more on leads, marketing, AI, software or another service, understand where the business is constrained and what deserves attention first. We review the agreed evidence and put the priorities in writing.

Start Your DiagnosticThe findings and recommendations are yours whether you hire us afterward or not. We confirm fit, scope and dates before payment.
Too little suitable demand calls for different work than missed calls, unbooked inquiries or estimates with no follow-up. Unreliable reporting can obscure the difference. Internal processes and capacity can limit what the business can take on.
We check those possibilities before prescribing SEO, advertising, AI or another implementation. Several issues may exist, but the action plan explains which deserve attention first and which can wait.
Demand and conversion are different problems. Operational constraints can affect both. These stages help us investigate the connected business, not sell you six packages. You don’t need to know which area needs attention before we start.
Can the right homeowners find your business?
Do they have enough reason to trust and contact you?
What happens between an inquiry and a booked opportunity?
What happens to missed calls, unbooked leads, unsold estimates and existing customer demand?
Can you connect marketing activity to calls, bookings, completed jobs and meaningful business outcomes?
Where could better systems, AI, automation or company information reduce repetitive work and improve consistency?

A written account of what we observed, what your team reported and what the agreed records support. Missing or conflicting information stays visible.
Which problems or opportunities deserve attention first and the evidence behind that judgment. Where your records allow, we estimate their business significance and label assumptions separately from verified results.
What should happen first, what can wait and how to check progress. Recommendations reflect your services, territory, capacity and available evidence.
A conversation to walk through the findings, answer questions and decide how you want to use the plan. Any implementation proposal is separate.
Before payment, we document the locations, information and record samples included, who provides access and when you will receive the findings. Implementation, ad spend, software purchases, substantial cleanup and ongoing management are outside this engagement.
Reviewing a business takes more than a quick website check or a sales conversation. You pay us to examine the agreed information, weigh possible causes and produce recommendations you can act on. The investigation has a defined scope and a tangible output.
Use the plan internally, take it to another provider or ask us to scope work we are qualified to perform. We explain when marketing, an operational change or better records should come first. There is no automatic implementation enrollment or future-service credit.
For example, if your team reports missed calls but records show slow callbacks, we would investigate follow-up ownership before recommending another answering system. If suitable inquiries are scarce and calls are handled well, demand generation may deserve attention instead.
Illustrative reasoning, not a customer result. Booked appointments, completed jobs, collected payments and profitable delivery remain different measures.
Your written scope identifies who reviews the information and delivers the findings. We use existing tools where practical and recommend work based on fit rather than a required software package.
Tell us what you want to improve, or choose “We’re not sure yet.” We’ll respond to confirm whether the $999 engagement is useful, agree its scope and dates, and explain payment arrangements. Submitting this form is an inquiry, not a purchase or authorization to start work. Do not send passwords, customer records or confidential documents here.
You are paying for investigative and strategic work: reviewing the agreed evidence, identifying constraints and preparing a useful action plan. The findings are yours even if you never hire us to implement them.
We agree the review scope before payment. It can cover your website and discovery sources, reputation and contact experience, representative calls and booking steps, follow-up, source-to-job records, and internal information or workflows. We review available evidence and identify what cannot yet be verified.
Written findings that distinguish observations, your team's reports and record-supported conclusions; a prioritized action plan explaining what deserves attention, what can wait and why; and a review conversation to discuss the recommendations. The plan identifies missing information and practical ways to check it.
We confirm the review and delivery dates with you before payment, based on the agreed scope and availability of records. Access, preparation and your team's availability affect the schedule. We do not promise a turnaround before those requirements are clear.
Your goals, services, territory, capacity and current tools, plus the agreed sample of call, booking, estimate or job records and existing procedures where relevant. Share records through an agreed secure process after scope is confirmed, not through the public inquiry form. No passwords or confidential files are needed to request the diagnostic.
Tell us what you suspect and what you have already checked. We focus the review around that evidence while checking connected issues that could change the recommendation. We will explain if the diagnostic would add little value rather than recommend unnecessary work.
Tell us what you need and the evidence behind that choice. We discuss whether the diagnostic would help clarify the scope or connected issues. We do not recommend a paid investigation when it would add little value. Any implementation requires a separate scope and agreement.
Use the plan with your own team, share it with your existing agency or another provider, or ask us to scope work we are qualified to perform. Implementation is optional, priced separately and requires a separate agreement.
No. The $999 one-time engagement stands on its own. It does not enroll you in a subscription, authorize implementation or automatically credit the fee toward future services.
Yes. The findings and priorities are yours to share with the people responsible for the business. Recommendations explain the reasoning and the measures to review rather than requiring a particular software provider.
No. It is most useful when you have a real decision to make and can provide enough information to investigate it. If there is little operating history, insufficient access or no capacity to act, we discuss whether a narrower self-check or a different next step makes more sense before payment.
That can be a useful finding. If call handling, follow-up, capacity or missing records deserve attention first, the plan explains why. We recommend demand generation when it fits the evidence and the economics, not by default.
The agreed investigation, written findings, prioritized action plan and findings review are $999 one-time. Locations, record samples, access requirements and dates are confirmed in writing before payment. Implementation, advertising, software purchases, extensive document cleanup and ongoing management are not included or authorized by this engagement.
Start by telling us about your business. You do not need to select a service or send sensitive records to request the diagnostic.
